Spring Proposal on the Beach Front | Kyle + Madison

It was an honor and a joy to photograph Kyle’s proposal to Madison this past weekend in Middletown, RI. Kyle called me about a week prior to see if I was available to photograph his proposal on the beach. And I’m so glad I was! I absolutely loved working with this sweet couple (and their family!)

In fact, I think my favorite part about this proposal was that the whole family was involved! Mom came along to help scout the location. And she’s part of the reason we ended up with such a great location. We were originally thinking of planning the proposal on the beach near Newport Beach House, but it was too windy. Thanks to mom’s scouting efforts however, Kyle instead proposed to Madison a gorgeous field of daffodils right on the beach front! And it was a total surprise!

After the surprise proposal, the couple took a walk down Easton’s Beach in Middletown, RI. There was another surprise waiting for Madison. A little ways down the beach, the families had set up a romantic picnic. It was complete with candles, roses and her favorite champagne. It was the perfect end to a beautiful, romantic, and thoughtful proposal.

Kyle and Madison, congratulations again! I know we didn’t spend a lot of time together, but from the way you treat each other and your family, I can tell you’ve got what it takes to have an awesome, lasting marriage and I’m so excited for you both!
