Colt State Park Engagement Photos | Corbin + Maren

After dating for three and a half years, Corbin and Maren planned a bike trip on Block Island. After biking around the island and visiting new locations, Corbin proposed to Maren on the beach – a throwback to their first date which took place on a beach in California! Corbin and Maren both love hiking and biking in the great outdoors, so they wanted their engagement photos to have an outdoorsy feel. I thought that Colt State Park in Bristol, Rhode Island would be a great fit for them. This Rhode Island State Park has both woods and beaches, the perfect way to complement their interests and the beginnings of their love story!

One thing that made Corbin and Maren’s engagement session especially fun was that the two of them are taking ballroom dancing lessons in preparation for their wedding! (Ballroom dance lessons are on my bucket list, so I was especially excited!) Maren had a great twirling dress on, so we put their ballroom dance lessons to good use and captured some fun engagement memories and photos.
