Castle Hill Engagement | Scott + Kelly

Scott and Kelly met at a concert in high school through mutual friends and pretty quickly he knew she was someone special. When I asked Scott what he loved most about Kelly, he shared that he loved her kind and affectionate personality, her loyalty and her competitiveness. After dating for over 8 years, Scott knew that she was the one he wanted to spend forever with and he knew he wanted his proposal to Kelly was special! He planned a beautiful sunset Castle Hill engagement and (other than feeling slightly suspicious on the walk down to the lighthouse), Kelly was completely surprised when he presented her with a diamond ring!

Adding to the surprise was the fact that their family was waiting back on The Lawn! Including and documenting their family in their celebration after the proposal was very important to Scott. When they walked back from the lighthouse, Scott and Kelly were greeted with enthusiasm by their family, making for a very sweet beginning to their engagement. I loved seeing the joy and excitement of their family as they welcomed the happy couple, and of course Kelly’s cute little 6 month old niece!
