Rhode Island Family Photos | The Taylors’
One thing I love about taking Rhode Island family photos is that there’s never a shortage of great locations for pictures. Most of the time, I don’t even have to leave Aquidneck Island! I’ve travelled to other places and I really believe that we live in one of the most beautiful states in the country.
I spent this past Labor Day evening taking family photos for this wonderful family at Sweet Berry Farm in Middletown, RI. Sweet Berry Farm is a great location for Rhode Island family photos because it’s easily accessible and has fun activities for kids and families like a farm market and café with baked goods. You can also pick-your-own raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, apples, peaches, pumpkins and flowers in season!
On this particular day, the weather at Sweet Berry Farm was perfect and we had a great time walking around the orchards, watching the boys run through the fields of cut-flowers, and of course, taking some fun family portraits. We had such a great time that I walked away with 750 pictures!
As we were about to leave the farm, the oldest boy pulled me aside and said, “I hope that if we do family photos again, that you will be our photographer. And I hope that someday, if I have a family, that you would do my family photos also.” I’m not often speechless, but I think my jaw might have dropped to the ground when he said that. That little man completely melted my heart with two sentences!
Taylor Family, I hope I have the privilege of taking your family photos again. You are a joy to work with and I hope these family photos are a blessing to your family for many years to come.
